n order to induce the formalization of economic activities, the municipality implemented the online procedure to obtain the Operating License through the virtual platform "iGob 24/7", where distance is shortened, traditional procedures are simplified replacing paper with digital documents, in a pro-environmental policy. This service allows entrepreneurs to process their license, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in a new paradigm of breaking geographical barriers. The application, presentation of requirements and obtaining the License, everything is done online, under the concept of Affidavit of information.      In turn, the municipality has accurate statistics, agility in response to the demand of citizens and mainly allows the municiplaity to promote economic development with formality, ensuring the technical conditions, security and infrastructure of these economic activities. The project consolidates the municipal government´s leadership in technological development with the challenge of providing constant improvements in the digital age to support the development of the local enterprises. On average the procedures generally took about a month, however thanks to the virtual platform, the time was reduced to 48 hours for economic activities and 20 days for those activities subject to verification of infrastructure and technical conditions.
