bout Transparency International (TI): Created in 1993, TI is a non-governmental organization which goal is to stop corruption and to promote transparency, accountability and integrity at all levels and across all sectors of society. Based in Berlin, it has more than 100 representations around the world.

1. According to you, what are the links between transparency, fight against corruption, municipal finances and SMART technologies?
