Orange is a French telecommunications company, which had 250 million customers worldwide in 2016. The group is leader or second operator in 75% of European countries where it operates and in 80% of African and Middle East countries.
Orange Labs is the research and development division of the group and focuses on: smart cities, mobile payment, content aggregation, mobile connections, services and applications, and smart grids. Orange Labs network has more than 5000 employees in 18 centers.
