Brussels Guidelines 2018 - Using data to empower cities and their citizens

his document is the product of the debate generated during the 2018 Uraia “Citizenship Series” that took place in Brussels, Belgium on 30 and 31st May 2018 hosted by the Brussels Capital Region and its Informatics Center (CIRB). The publication is the result of a collaborative effort by the participants who attended the workshop including representatives of local governments, national governments, international organizations, research institutes and private sector.
